My focus is always on +ve cashflow first, then profit after tax. Sadly this stock is taking a long time to achieve anything worthwhile. I don't mind the TO going down provide it means less, preferably no losses. Cut Cut to achieve profits. You cannot grow your way out in a manufacturing business. Too much working capital required. JMT
