    I think it's fair to say that a good number of us expected one small mention or statement of the halt.
    Growing losses, Lower Profit, No real "partner" in sight. Occam's razor explanation, WOA deal didn't go through and shareholders are held at ransom till they figure out how to get out of the eventual fire sale.
