Regardless of the production partner deal status, it makes no sense to remain dead silent on the matter. In the very least they could confirm confidentiality conditions prevent them from providing an update at this time. Jay Albany better have a very good explanation for the silence when eventually shareholders are advised. Otherwise how could you ever trust he wouldn’t continue to take shareholders for granted in the future.
