Payables vs Receivables, if paid, blows away their 'cash'. The $23m of 'contract assets' and the definition of what this is, is a huge red flag. In an industry that claims for work completed on a monthly basis, how is it that they have $23m in works they say they have completed but not been able to claim. Growing broke and getting a little creative in my opinion
