Net profit before tax for the first half was $5.3m, by the end of the year, its $2.6m.
Yet no announcements in the intervening period that the company was looking at some significant losses?
Is it management, or ASX rules that don’t require disclosures on this to be made?
As others have said, shareholders are the big losers. Management keep getting their flared salaries every week.
