The wages of the team are not huge compared to other listed companies. take a look at the rem report. they are showing a profit. The macro environment hasn't been kind to the industry as a whole.
Expand your time horizon beyond year on year and compare your metrics of NPAT etc to 2021 and prior and the results look solid from a growth perspective.
