Well, in the worst case scenario Current Assets (62M) - Liabilities (52M) = 10M.
Their non current assets are not going to pay the bills.
Thats assuming they are able to bill and collect for their "contract assets". AND assuming that there are no other "significant supplier and subconractor cost inflation" or "settlements".
So $10M / 110M outstanding shares is 9c.
