    Here is my thoughts over the past few weeks/months and today:

    Yes this company is an absolute shitshow but that is well and truly cooked into the price.

    The longer this SPAC takes to close I think actually has and will benefit the outcome of this merger. Financial markets have been recovering and with recovery comes more risk taking which can incline more SPAC holders to not redeem.

    It was mentioned in the call today that average redemption rate's were far lower than the 95% forecast rate which if reflected in CBR then they are well and truly funded for the next 12 months. With the CEF they will be able to purchase more shares and give more assurance to get to a neutral position.

    This is an all or nothing play and frankly I am nervous. With risk comes learning experiences. I am not buying or selling until after the SPAC redemption rates announcement.

    DYOR but goodluck to all shareholders (Gamblers pretty much).
