All listed companies spend money with consultants (it captures all kinds of advisory and/or contracting arrangements). There’s nothing in the preliminary report that suggests the fees were paid to related parties (directors), the full annual report will confirm once that’s released though..
from memory payments to related parties are detailed in the quarterly cash flow statements, so you could go back and look over those if concerned?
the company is trading at below cash backing for a reason though, never understood why barrel scrapers have ever invested in it
