    What if the sales team that captured the clients to date have done that job and can move onto new prospects?

    I can’t think of any company that has to keep expanding its sales team as infinitum to capture new clients on a one for one basis.

    In regards to compliance I would have thought the client was responsible for tracking discrepancies. We find your failing, you investigate it? I don’t know.

    I expect that if the software is effective, customers worth having, will not leave. As I understand it they benefit from a revenue hit of 80% of all savings.
