The earliest supply to Time Link is Sept so in about 4 months time to then ramp up lng to 100% capacity.
I don't know the breakdown between the 3 LNG customers. However I do reckon Stef will want to get moving on the Nasdaq listing asap so if helium is operational and lng at 50 or 60% that might be sufficient prior to Time Link coming on-board as a customer from about Sept. Can't trust the phase one plant won't have further problems so strike while the irons hot I reckon on the nasdaq at a guess. The US Govt (US DFC) will want Phase 2 construction to start soon also I'd assume too
