I just find it interesting the company claims to have 80 million in liabilities, and claim a book value asset of 120 million associated to value in the brand names. Am not an expert in valuing brand names but one losing 10 million a year can’t hold a large valuation. I would be surprised if current market value wouldn’t be in the 10-20 million range and that’s being generous in a fire sale. The cash burn horrific with only 4 million left and can’t see commonwealth giving them anymore and any support to a capital raising would be minimal. Don’t understand why there making acquisitions when anything they touch goes to …. They should be selling assets and reducing there 40 million a year salary expenses, could imagine there would be plenty of deadwood floating around those offices
