    In case you hadn’t noticed he’s not there, i think it’s been about 8 years since he was at Oli and he was only back to rescue what was left after “Le grande bouffe”. From memory, He was never opposed to having quality products at a premium and don’t know about you but I’m happy to pay for proper nourishment. It’s the board who want to put the round peg in the square hole isn’t it? I mean who is actually in control ?
