Some unknown maybe "Middle Eastern" entity has already pumped in US10m in early April. No shares issued that I can see so unsure of the arrangement. Maybe similar to Airsol for shares later in a Nasdaq IPO.
However if dealing maybe exclusively with some party that already put in US10m and "only" about US100m to US150m needed for a Nasdaq IPO maybe there are a few different ways this funding can be arranged. As the options are Nasdaq IPO or other initiatives. I say only "only" as US100m is not much some in the Middle East.
If it were Qatar that Renergen are dealing with they supply like 30% of global helium supplies and if combined with Renergen that could long term also do maybe 20% of global supply for instance they'd have a stranglehold on the helium market potentially. You have today major producers being the US (reserves depleting) Russia Qatar and Algeria..
