The condition precedent only calls for 150m by way of NASDAQ or other initiatives.
i’m of the opinion they won’t go for NASDAQ IPO and they are way closer than we think to releasng the funding by way of these smaller loans to reach the 150m.
I need to sit down and do a table of all the monies received since the loan approval to see how close we are.
