Pick they need equity not debt (loans) to meet the CP to release the big DFC and SBSA loans. So don’t think you can include other loans (debt) towards achieving that CP - that’s how I read it. Imo
Makes sense as I would want a decent amount of equity to reset the ratios. And assist with debt serviceability etc. even with the dilution that comes with the equity. Hopefully they can raise at a decent premium to current SP.
