Yeah FUM taking a hit but to be expected. I don't think too many will take up redemptions as I believe APN has continued paying distributions for most of their funds (I know they have on Property for Income Fund) which leaves investor sentiment in a good place IMO. I think most investors in these funds want the income so if they are getting the income they aren't as concerned about the lower values at least for now. Also I believe as long as the ability to redeem is offered it gives confidence without actually necessitating those redemptions.

At least this company has no debt. That's a biggie in this climate as far as i'm concerned.

Times are tough but they are doing reasonably ok all things considered. They've survived so far and I expect the company will do well as time progresses IMO.
