I think it is all about how you present the figures to the market.
Yes ,there was no dividend, not such a big deal as it would have only been a cent or two at best, but they could have done a better job at articulating the reasons behind that decision.
Yes, they willbe presenting to instos next week, and this preso will be made available next week, but what is wrong with releasing it at the time of the result,When you are a company that is trading north of 20 times p.e. you need to get your message not only right, but at the right time as well.
Also not helping was the restatment of earnings from last year, although it was a non cash book entry, it still does not look good.
