This "that their silence is due to confidentiality agreements, rather than ineptitude" is well said. Hard to tell at this stage, they haven't proven us yet that they are the right individuals.
That a chairman or director charges the company $30k of consultancy fees for a project that has been an undisputed failure doesn't make me a very happy shareholder, and leaves a very sour taste in my mouth.
