    The Audit opinion sums the company up - unmodified with materiality uncertainty on going concern.

    Ie. business wont last more than 12 months unless a funding deal is arranged.

    However this is not new information - I continue to hold as I am confident a deal will be arranged, its just a matter of price (ie. will AVX be worth 20 cents or 50 cents).
