Ann: Preliminary Final Report , page-13

Someone mentioned that an ann was to be made in September a little while back. We are now knocking on Septembers door. Some more info on this is welcome. Holding just about the same amount as Mon and with much the same opinion. For all the people selling that means someone has been willing to buy. The bids (80m+) have not backed off since the last lack-luster ann. There has to something going on.
Anyone care to average down some more?
