Just a couple of points of interest.The IP book value at zero is just that- book value and was written off because the company is not trading.It does not necessarily follow that the IP has no value if an intersted party could be idetified.
The SBN shell and what the new sustatial holders can do with it is the main reason why I have not sold out.I am sure thet will not backdoor another private company to see the new entity share price sit at only @ 2c which is my break even point.MPS would not have accredited Oraline and passed enforcement laws if the product had been a dud butI pressume that the IP has been copied and that the product will be used in China.
A very sad investment experience but I will see this out because the alterative is just to painfull.There were some vert smart investors in SBN and it just proves that despite lots of research and knowledge someetimes this is not enough to win in the sharemarket. i
