Mon ignorance is bliss. If you want to think that SBN IP has not been breached....... well good for you. Like I said 4 out of their 5 patents - the only one not copied is the strip. But that won't be far off but even by then it will be irrelevant in light of new technology coming out.
The point in all this that the IP IMO is worth very little and even the company have considered best to write it off. If you have information or even ideas why it would still be worth something please do share. Names of interested parties or competitors would be nice. Like BB has already stated the only known player at the moment is not interested in SBN IP on Oraline.
The question you guys should be asking is how much the shell is worth, not the IP and not even the old NJ plant.
And what strategy will play out to buy out the company at no more than .002.
As for holding no postion..... well I still like a good argument from time to time....for old time sake.
