I would almost bet my left nut that hallam is still on board at the request of the new holders.
They wont want any change of directors until they are ready to announce there intentions.
When they announce those you can gaurantee there will be a full chnage of directors.
As i think bb or tt alluded to a while ago it is far cheaper this way than having to start up a as listed entity from sctrach
