how can one state in the financial report that the loss made primarily made of $333k in legal fees and associated EGM!

It's a $3m loss FFS! So what happened to the other $2.7m?


I wonder who our auditors are??
Surely there would be a provision in the accounts for the pending US$1m repayment? Auditors are normally on top of these issues, etc.
And with that, the going concern issues would arise.

At this rate, there is less than 1 years trading, and some real going concern issues, even if we do not provide for the US$1m.

What is laughable is that we have a Gross Loss.
Why keep a mine open when it is clearly costing the company $$$???

Management are an absolute joke.
