Agree, the surface level of this shows they were carrying some very optimistic contract resolution ideas for variations which does reflect well on their commercial or estimating teams. The biggest red flag to me is that these unrealised variations we were booked as.profit in previous quarters and are now being reversed out en masse. You have to wonder if there's going to be other reversals coming in the future.
I noticed they recently scaled back their job advertising big time too. Definitely less social media ads and billboards meanwhile it seems Linkforce have gone in the opposite direction.
