What I really don't like is that the draft will be ready in July and board will review over 2 months. That tells me the Board should have had the draft in end April to meet the June timeline assuming the same two Month review period. The fact that they didn't have it then and came out and said in May it was all on track is very disappointing. Some have asked where the bad news is here? The delay doesn't worry me, as I said previously it will impact the SP only in the short term, what concerns me is the lack of disclosure and the recent issues with compliance (perceived or otherwise) puts a big red question mark on the BOD and B.B. in terms of competence and capability.
