You are right, it is all speculation. But, I see no harm in people discussing the possibilities in a public forum.
People seem to not be bothered by blatant up ramping, but when people discuss some negatives, they are burned at steak. Personally, I want to hear all sides/discuss all situations. And and present, those situations are a delay in BFS and a suspension.
