Aaron firstly they have to have a positive bfs to even get to the construction phase!
It’s not a given! That’s why it’s an important milestone and is critical to go any further.
There reason for the delay imo is absolute cods wallop imo, don’t be so gullible to think that this site position rubbish brought out at the 11th hour is completely accurate. They have had all the data for ages and would have been fully aware of everything, if not they are completely incompetent.
Secondly how the hell would you know what SK thinks of all of this! And that is concerning.
Thirdly as far as timeline for sk aquiring stake well they have 3 mths after successful bfs so a 3 mth delay obviously blows out when they could commit.
Fourthly the Co is now under suspension again and know one has a clue where that’s headed?? So I’d think considering all of the above and Ben is the Managing Director id suggest the buck stops with him. It’s absolute rubbish for the Co to be suspended again if it’s a result of there ineptness!!!
