Anyone thought that maybe SK are in control with this? They have been involved 100% through the whole process. Maybe BB is just a pawn in the whole game of chess. Meaning, what if SK know and understand how much resources they need and how much they could expand. SK have only been involved this year and may have only done their due diligence recently with the extra knowledge. Hence why construction time has not changed. SK have their intentions and BB knows them through communication on a personal and business level. Just a thought.
