This drilling program was already anned. My opinion only bit of a stuff up and not enough time to carry out. These BFS's are very extensive and a lot of info goes into them from geos, metallurgists, civils , SMP, Elec, envioromental, commercial ,legal and a truck load of quotations from vendors as well as independent financial analysis.
What you see as an ann is only smal excerpts the original is huge, this is what the financial experts analyse
