OK bot a little English lesson for you. It is all about where you put the parenthesis, commas and full stops.
Example: Help uncle Jack off the horse. By putting in a comma it changes the whole meaning.
Help uncle, Jack off the horse. Is a completely different meaning.
Your example. You don't have a 'qualified opinion' unless you have specific qualifications like BB's B.Sc.
Give it a break you are only guessing again.
