I don't think you've comprehended it if you think there's nothing good.
If the results of the sterilisation were not significant enough to warrant moving the proposed plant and road sites then they wouldn't have moved them.
Therefor logically this find of additional resources in a place we thought there would be none can only be a good thing for the MC of the company in the long term.
