I Think the main take from BBs assertion that SKI is fully funding the project is that SKI have had over a month to deny it. I feel it is a done deal which we will soon hear the negotiated terms. It was a surprising statement to me that sent me looking for an announcement that i thought i had missed. You can almost see in the presentation that BB is struggling not to mention the funding but he couldn't help himself.
SKI will be fast tracking this and i am pleased that we are dealing with a South Korean company.
