The CLQ CAPEX looks low to me in particular, for a plant of this size. I would expect OPEX to be similar to the CLQ figures. A realistic ramp up to full production would be 4 years, not the 2 years CLQ used. Ramu for example was the last greenfields nickel HPAL plant to make nameplate and it took them 4 years.

As for the financials, it depends on what nickel and cobalt prices you use. SKI will likely have a very strong input into this and will provide some "real" numbers. I look forward to seeing what their guidance on long-term nickel and cobalt prices are.
