So they have to look at moving the site of the proposed plant because it looks like it could be sitting on a bucket load of more minerals..... damn....
OK 1, 2 3... go for the naysayers and go for the uprampers...... what dont we all wait an see what happens rather than flip flopping between good and bad!!
