You are either misunderstanding/misreading or misrepresenting.

Nobody said there was a draft due in June - it was to be the approved BFS - but the circumstances have materially changed (just like they did for CLQ - except for CLQ it was a massive cost blowout for us it's a massive resource blowout) so as a result the BFS needs to be substantially reworked - which they say will take 4-5 weeks.
The overall release will be delayed by 2-3 months and will include a new planned site location (optimised to take advantage of new resources), an expanded JORC and potentially reprioritisation of high resource concentration primary mining targets. That's a lot of stuff.
