Only really moves on news and great communication from board means you can pick a few weeks at a time to accumulate/manipulate sell/buy - like we know the next ann is due in ~ 3-4 weeks. With HFT can make 7% profit repeatedly pretty easily. Prob have $30K bricks in place so when it does run they can send request to buy quickly.

IMO its bs and i am just accumulating slowly. Tidal wave effect will be on good news - as a retailer without the gadgets (apart from after hours trading graphs) all i can do is wait.
