However your last line doesn't really cut it:

I'm not aware of any information from Birimian announcements that suggests that there ISN'T any gold there.

How could there be a large sum of people who are SO SURE there isn't any gold?

Nearly every drill hole has found gold.

I'm not suggesting there is any sign of a Morila sized "hit", but there is much more good news than bad here.
