It turned up about 5 months ago after the SP fell from 8 cents down to 2.1
Anytime the volume picked up and SP went up the 8.5 million would suddenly change to 9 or 9.5 or 10 or 10.5 , when it suddenly fell back down to 8.5 the share price and volume fell with it. This has been the case for the last 5 months! So yes it is a very important indicator that 99% of people including your wonderful self miss. It's a code for professionals .
