AZS also didn't have a sibling next door who has proven the worth of ground in the area.
If you wait until this is confirmed to be AZS 2.0, then you will not be buying RDN in the single cents.
Add to that FIRB approval is pretty much a given for RDN after the AZS approval and you can be sure that SQM, ALB, MIN and the likes have their eyes very much on the RDN tenements.
