I have a feeling that the independent committee will reject the offer by the end of the financial year and possibly announce formal discussions of the sale of their data centers (at a low-moderate price) and announce preliminary talks with Vodafone for a partnership.

I think they are just buying as much time as they can with an elevated share price to keep external pressures at bay until they formalise arrangements.

I'll put 1 dollar on double zero.
