I havent been seen many, so im not sure what is standard;
- $3.50 (the SP 2 months ago),
- unanimous board approval (possible at a much higher price)
- 100% acceptance by shareholders (absurd)
- In fine print they want a payout if the deal doesnt go through
- and an independent expert report saying its in the best interest of Vocus Shareholders
They dont seem very committed to me, 'tell em they're dreaming'.
