I wouldn't say that. I distinctly remember the day before the big spike. It was sold into 0.004c and a few million on sale at 0.005c. I distinctly remember thinking "CR coming so I'll get some in that rather than buy at 0.005c".
Next day it went to 2c on the announcement. Sometimes the insiders sell it down to
get the plebs out(IMHO).
This is purely specualtion on my part. I am not a financial advisor. DYOR.
