'the short rally failed to do anything and make a lower high' - it went from a low of 4.6c to close at 5.2c so again I Concur to your statement that it failed to do anything at all'.
where did you get lower high from? yesterdays high was 5.4 todays high is 5.4. its created a lower low though 4.6 low and 5c yesterday (prior to ann though) and closed near its daily high (reversal)
I have my eyes on the 7.6c target for tomorrow. don't miss out
