In laymans term: NTL are burrowing down the (can't remember how many veins) lets say 5 veins and excising the best ore using resue mining. So the results should look good and the bloody well are.
Is this going to transition to an open pit extravaganza? Nope.
But for a reopening mine with a Jr co doing it's best to stay in front of the eco warriers on their border? doing just fine thanks.
