Just so everyone knows that there was two studies of Monapantel and its metabolite MPL Sulphone being tested.

The qPCR ( quantitative polymerase chain reaction ) assays , can be performed in a standard laboratory conditions and take hours. The test is to see in layman’s terms whether the person is infected or not by detecting a relative quantity of viral RNA. Problem is the Covid 19 virus mutates in the body so viral genes are indistinguishable from the ones that haven’t mutated. The virus makes mutations that are functional and also non functional RNA cells. Both combined are called virons. So in conclusion virus cells can produce viral RNA with out making any infectious viral particles.
You will note that the qPCR test suppressed the virus by up to 55% this may be due to the autophagic effect on the real virus particles not the mutated particles that may be non functional RNA cells.

Second test which is the “ real deal “ test is done over days in a bio secure laboratory conditions. Laboratories are rated BSL 1 to 4. This test in Melbourne was in a BSL 3. Ebola Virus is a BSL 4 .
The TCID 50 assay test is based on the ability of viruses to kill infected cells in culture. Thus showing a value of how we shed or infect others. It’s baseline in layman’s terms of how infective it the virus is.
You will note that in the reduced dose of MPL ( not its metabolite sulphone ) which was approximately 35% of the initial dilution that it suppressed the virus by 95% .
