Board look well qualified on paper. Seems to be reasonable assumption on your part that the issue is simply one of marketing. Doesn't appear they are losing customers - just not gaining them. I'm not sure how difficult it is to get firms to switch.
We'll see what the end of year results have. I'm certainly interested.
