I'm not sure that yield calculation would make it past ASIC if it was presented in a prospectus...
I think a better way to think of it is that the first dividend reduces your cost price (2.5 + 2.1) / 80.9 cents = 5.69%
Even this ignores taxes, franking credits and the fact that there are so few shares on offer that you can't really get set.
