    Using a very crude calculation, that means margins have gone from 33.3% to 31.1%...
    Less than 10% change in margin.

    Hardly worth selling the company based on this.

    As for the liquidity - more often than not this results in larger market inefficiency, hence greater opportunity for the astute investor.
